Founded in 2016, CVision AI is a startup geared toward applying artificial intelligence to imagery and video data. We are currently seeking a full time business manager to help streamline day to day operations and assist with long term planning as we grow.
Responsibilities will include high level management such as:
- Working with the executive team to develop business strategies
- Managing customer relations via a CRM tool
- Defining a sales funnel with a goal toward hiring sales and marketing staff
- Assisting with cloud service pricing and analysis
- Financial analysis and forecasting for hiring and investment
- Interfacing with lawyers to develop licenses, terms of service, and privacy policies
As well as assisting with day-to-day operations:
- Running payroll
- Checking weekly timecards
- Payment and filing of employment taxes
- Payment of credit cards
- Payments to subcontractors
- Payments into employee health and retirement plans
- Categorization of business expenses and payments
- Sending invoices to customers
- Arranging travel
- Scheduling meetings
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration or Doctor of Jurisprudence
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-directed and independent
- Experience working with technical staff desired
The candidate will work from home with equipment provided by the company. Benefits include:
- Annual salary between $80K-$110K
- Low deductible health benefits fully paid by the company
- 401K with up to 10% company match
- Annual bonus depending on company and individual performance
